The Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Cape May are available to officiate at your Cape May wedding for a fixed fee. You can learn more on the City’s website or by calling (609) 884-9534. Please keep in mind that, per city code, city ceremony fees are nonrefundable.

If you marry at Cape May City Hall, either the Mayor or Deputy Mayor will be the one officiating your wedding.
