79th Annual Baby Parade Winners

Harbor Fest Celebrates 100 years of Boating

Cape May’s 4th Annual Harbor Fest celebrated the 100th anniversary of the construction of the Harbor. Beautiful weather encouraged a large turn out of people. American Pride Day Celebration

The Naval Air Station Wildwood celebrated American Pride Day on Saturday June 4th. Activities included an F-18 fly-in with a meet and greet with the pilot, wine tasting from Cape May Winery & Hawk Haven Vineyard, and Chevrolet exhibits featuring innovative new cars including the “American Pride Camaro.”

Cape May Foot Race

Clouds overhead and a cool wind made for good conditions for the 32st Annual Great Cape May Footrace on Saturday May 14, 2011. The 5K race started at 8:30 followed by the 10K. Results of both races can be found here: http://www.athlinks.com/time.aspx?eventid=159082

SOMA Kicks Off Art Season

SOMA NewArt Gallery opened the 2011 season Saturday, April 30, with Harriett Sosson’s work “Portals” in both Gallery 1 & 2. Jo-Anne Echevarria-Myer’s mixed media paintings, “Uncontrollableurges,” were on display in Gallery 3. The show runs through May 31.  

KT Sullivan Knocks Them Dead

Broadway chanteuse KT Sullivan knocked them dead both Friday and Saturday nights when she performed her show Rhyme, Women & Song at the East Lynne Theater Company, located at 500 Hughes Street at the First Presbyterian Church. She is shown here with her accompanist Jon Weber.  

Easter Stroll

The weather was gorgeous and so were the participants of the Annual Easter Parade Fashion Stroll on the Washington Street Mall Easter Sunday.
