Screen to Table: Wizarding Dinner

Kicking off 2025, we’re diving into the wizarding world with a Wizarding Dinner inspired by Harry
Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. Feast like a Hogwarts student at our enchanting, themed dinner! From spellbinding starters to
desserts worthy of Honeydukes, every bite will transport you to the Great Hall. Don’t forget to save
room for a glass of Butterbeer!
The Pier House will be transformed into a magical wonderland, decked out with enchanting
decorations, custom cocktails made to order, and unique photo ops that will make you feel like
you’ve stepped right into the pages of the story. Costumes are highly encouraged, so dust off your robes and wands—you may even find yourself dining alongside Dumbledore, Snape, and more!

1. Butterbeer – cream soda, vanilla, butterscotch syrup
2. The Boy who Grilled – grilled banger, cauliflower puree, pickled onions, lightning bolt crisp
3. The Wand Chooses the Pretzel – pretzel wand with sage derby cheese & mustard dill
sauces
4. Sorting Salad – field lettuce, goat cheese crema, candied pistachios, roasted beets, honey
mint vinaigrette
5. Golden Snitch Croquette – lobster croquette, melted leek, carrot, tarragon tartare, gold
dust
6. Holly Jolly Deviled Eggs – red beet marinated deviled eggs, crispy rashers, mustard
7. Forbidden Forest Stuffed Mushrooms – stuffed mushroom, garlic, spinach, english
cheddar, country sausage, vinaigrette
8. Wizard Chess Toffee Pudding – checkerboard toffee pudding, ginger tuile, berries,
butterscotch sauce
