Trio—comprising saxophonist Andrew Urbina, drummer Matt Scarano, and bassist Sandy Eldred—coalesced around their mutual affinity for spontaneous musical expression within unconventional frameworks. This shared ethos ignited the trio’s creative spark, with each member contributing compositions to the ensemble.
