4-Course Dinner paired with specially selected Sparkling wine
Expert teachings between each course as we highlight the best ingredients to make your tasting unforgettable
Course 2- Baked Brie
Brie stuffed with almonds and wrapped in puff pastry with assorted crackers
Course 2 Steak Tartare
Prime sirloin with capers, red onions, lemon, egg yolk, and toast points
Course 3- Sole Meuniere
Dover sole with rice and squash served with lemon caper butter sauce
Course 4- Croquembouche
Vanilla crème puffs stacked in a cone bound with threads of caramel
