Somm’s Table: Sustainable Winemaking
This events, hosted by our in-house wine team, are capped at 16 guests and held in our cozy Wine Cellar. A complimentary cheese and snack plate is provided. The focus is on enjoying a rare, unique wine alongside fellow wine enthusiasts. Featuring four half-glass pours, Somm’s Table creates a relaxed, small-group setting to savor and learn about a luxurious aged library wine or a magnum bottle.
This month, we will explore sustainable, organic, biodynamic winemaking pioneers Kistler and Flowers and some of Sonoma’s Chardonnay and Pinot Noir terroir.
