Course 1- chipotle chicken flatbread
Grilled chicken, avocado, red onion, tomato, and chipotle ranch
Course 2- Seared scallops
Lavender infused day boat scallops with a mango coulis
Course 3- Pork roulade
apple, rosemary stuffed pork loin served with roasted potatoes and broccolini topped with a brandy jus
