Gourmet Scots Dinner at Exit Zero Filling Station
In a celebration of famed Scottish poet Robert Burns, Exit Zero Filling Station will be hosting a Gourmet Scots Dinner on Friday, March 11. The five-course prix-fixe menu will feature single malt Scottish Whisky tastings paired with traditional Scottish dishes, including Gratin of Smoked Haddock & Crab, Salmon Wellington, Scottish Langoustine, and Haggis Bon Bons. Guests are encouraged to come dressed in their best tartan as they enjoy music by Terry & Jerry, bagpipes by Geoff Knudson, and Robert Burns poetry readings by EZ editor Jack Wright. Tickets for the dinner and whisky tasting are $75 per person, with seatings at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Guests may reserve a table inside or enjoy a more intimate setting in one of the many private outside dining trailers or ski lodges. The Gourmet Scots Dinner kicks off an epic week of Celtic celebration at the Exit Zero Filling Station from Friday, March 11 through Sunday, March 20. Guests can feast on delicious menu specials including Shepherd’s Pie, Potato Leek Soup, and Corned Beef and Cabbage Egg Rolls.
