Fall Equinox Dinner
Join us at the Pier House for a Fall Equinox Dinner that celebrates the best flavors of autumn. Begin the evening with a cocktail hour (cash bar) featuring passed autumn-themed appetizers. Following cocktail hour, you’ll enjoy a three-course fall inspired fixed menu.
Start with a watercress frisée salad, featuring gorgonzola stuffed pear, speck, candied pecans, pomegranate, and a vanilla cider vinaigrette. For the entrée, savor a grilled boneless pork rib eye accompanied by cranberry sage stuffing, roast baby root vegetables, sweet potato marshmallows brûlée, and a grain mustard reduction. Conclude your meal with a honey crisp apple tart, served with ginger mascarpone, toffee gelato, and a brown butter crumble.
Experience the essence of fall with each carefully crafted dish in a setting that highlights the beauty of the season. The ticket price is $125 per person (inclusive of tax and gratuity) and includes (1) welcome drink during the cocktail hour.
