The City of Cape May issued a demolition permit for the Beach Theatre this morning. Demolition began this afternoon. The theatre stood on Cape May’s beachfront since September 1950, when it opened with Father of the Bride.
The Annual Mutt Strut was held on the Promenade Saturday, Sept. 17. Proceeds from the event go toward Animal Outreach of Cape May County, Inc. If you see your Mutt at the Strut, let us know so we can put a name to his/her mug.
