We’ve had steady traffic on our holiday pages since well before Thanksgiving, so we know a lot of you are planning a Christmas trip to the shore! Here’s everything we know so far about the holiday dining events and experiences that will be offered in Cape May this year. It’s thinner than usual, but we’ll continue to update as new information comes in.

Visit with Santa Claus
Breakfast with Santa at Congress Hall
Saturdays and Sundays throughout December, as well as Christmas Eve, you can sit down to breakfast with Santa at Congress Hall. Food is served family style at your table and includes hearty options including french toast sticks, egg casserole, bacon and sausage, as well as signature cupcakes. $28 for adults, $16 children, children 3 and younger are free.

Breakfast with Santa at Hemingway’s at the Grand
On December 11th and 18th from 8-11am, enjoy a buffet breakfast with Santa at the Grand Hotel. And if the kids haven’t had time to pen a letter to Santa yet, they can write it on the spot and the Grand will send it along to the North Pole! This experience is $18.95 for adults, $13.95 for kids.

Breakfast with Santa at The Pier House
December 5th, 12th, and 19th, have breakfast with Santa from 8am to 2pm at the Pier House! Featuring a special a la carte brunch menu. For more information and to reserve, call 609-884-9000.
Santa at the Pink House
If you’d like a distanced photo op with Santa, stop by the Pink House at 33 Jackson Street from 2-4pm on December 11th. He’ll be appearing on the second-floor balcony!
Santa’s Trolley Rides with Cape May MAC
Mrs. Claus comes direct from the North Pole to lead this tour!
Brinch with the Grinch at Exit Zero Filling Station
December 5th from noon to 4pm – Instead of Mr. Claus, break bread with the Grinch! Kids’ meals come with a cookie decorating kit.
Christmas Eve
Hemingway’s at the Grand Hotel
Hemingway’s at the Grand Hotel is offering a special 3-course menu for both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! Choose from seven entrees including duck confit, shrimp poutine, pork fig BBQ smoked ribs, braised lamb shank, grilled filet, braised short ribs, or a pan seared jumbo lump crab cake. Children’s meals include chicken tenders, short rib mac n’ cheese, or spaghetti (plus dessert). $49.95 for adults, $21.95 for kids. Reservations are required, so please call the Grand at 609-884-5611 extension 550.
The Winter Igloos at Congress Hall
Gather up to eight friends and enjoy a fixed-price dinner on the front lawn beneath Congress Hall’s illuminated tree in one of their winter igloos. The igloos are $75 to reserve and $45 per person. Reservation spots are still available for Christmas Eve.
Christmas Day

The Wawa on Texas Avenue is a 24-hour location, and offers hoagies and coffee. There are also 24-hour Wawa locations that also offer fuel in North Cape May and Rio Grande.
