The Washington Street Mall Merchants will hold their annual Trick-or-Treat on the Mall Sunday, Oct. 21 from noon to 2 p.m. Participating merchants will hand out treats and the event will be followed by the City of May’s Halloween Parade at 3 p.m. starting on Lyle Lane behind the Mall.
