Cape May Harbor will be awash from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in adrenaline on October 13th as the first annual Cape May Dragon Boat Festival gets underway.
What is dragon boating? It’s a boat of 20 paddlers, a drummer and a steers person paddling to cross the finish faster than their competition. It’s power, speed, synchronization and endurance! And, it happens to be the fastest growing international team water sport.
Come for the excitement of seeing teams of dragon boats slicing through the water in Cape May Harbor, a line of 54 lion dancers, stilt walkers, bands playing, great food and shopping plus the sheer fun of being connected on a level comparable to nothing else. Don’t miss it!
