Convention Hall Grand Opening

Friday, May 25, marked  the Grand Opening of Convention Hall which was celebrated with songs and speakers. Instead of a traditional ribbon cutting, beach balls rained down on the audience. A lovely ceremony for the new Convention Hall!

    Wish I were there. I remember in the 50′s as a kid going to the dances with my cousins. Can’t wait to see the new center in July. I have heard that it is beautiful.
